09:10 | Today is registration day at the Europeans here in Liepaja, Latvia. New faces are arriving to mix with the fleet that just competed in round 2 of the Baltic Cup. A very strong fleet is anticipated for this years championship.

19:51 | There was not enough wind for formula - results fom yesterday are final. Martin Ervin (EST202)won the event -joined on the podium by Filip Korczycki (POL555) and Wilhelm Scurmann (BRA999)

However, there is also a raceboard fleet here and they will start soon. 110 competitors in the Baltic Cup event - windsurfing is alive on these shores !
