They have been replaced by Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008, and Appendix B -Windsurfing.

Pending WSSRC ratification, the vaunted 11-year record of YP has been broken by Finian Maynard (BVI) with a time of 46.82 knots. The Dutch national record has been broken by Ben van der Steen with an unofficial time of 43.5 knots. Dave White has broken the British national record with an unofficial time of 43 knots.
