The 2011 South American Championship returns to Fortaleza in Ceara State, Brasil.

Alberto Menegatti wins again confirming his leadership in the Italian Formula Windsurfing Championschip 2011 which was held in Gallipoli, south of italy.
The championship started on saturday with winds under the official limit, which led to the only start that day being cancelled as the wind came and went.
