Bad News - FW GP Brazil cancelled!

Dear Competitors

Ceri has received a telephone call today from the organisers in Brazil to say that they are unable to run the FW Grand Prix in Brazil from 1-6 November. The prize money cannot be guaranteed and the event is cancelled.

We realise that costs may have been incurred and cancellation of an event causes great inconvenience. The decision is not taken lightly. Ceri would be pleased to hear from you all to ascertain whether or not you have incurred costs that cannot be recovered.

The orgnisers are concerned that those sailors that pre entered are not disavantaged .
Further more they remain committed to delivering formula events in the future , without repeating the errors of the past.

Contact Ceri on +44 (0) 7979 366589 or +44 (0)1983 866269 or via e-mail: fw@internationalwindsurfing.com.
