This week will start the Portuguese Championship of Formula Foil / Formula Windsurf Fin and the Raceboard Iberian, in the great and big lake of Alqueva/Monsaraz.
The event will start friday 23 of April 2021, and we already have 34 competitors in Foil/Fin and Raceboard, is not so bad for another year of Covid-19.
This event Monsaraz Windsurf Festival, will make this year 10 years that we organize this event, and since the begining is already a great event, in our best years of this event we already had 50 competitors, from Portugal, Spain, Great Britain, Latvia, France, Italy, and we hope that will continue like this.
This year we will have some changes regarding the organization, first always with the support of the City Hall of Reguengos de Monsaraz without them was impossible to organize, also we will have the promotion/event organizer that made a partnership with us to get bigger and better our events, the company is New Sports Events (Responsable Orlanda Matias), the technical part will be the Clube de Vela de Lagos and we will have the support of the energy drink CR7 (the energy drink of Cristiano Ronaldo) portuguese drink.

The forecast is good, till now we have everyday medium winds, between 10 to 18 knots, hope that continue like that.
