Eight events have been confirmed for the 2013 European Cup Series.
They include some established events, some new dates, some new venues.
It is possible that two more event organisers will join the tour – details will be published as soon as possible.
The Rules have been amended regarding the number of events that will count towards the Series Result – now a competitors best 5 results will be used for a sailors final ranking.
Therefore the discard profile look like this:
5 events or less – 0 discard
6 events – 1 discard
7 events – 2 discards
8 events – 3 discards
9 events – 4 discards …..
As before , non attendance at an event will score maximum points – ie number of competitors in the Series Ranking plus 1 points.

April 20 > 24 – Biscarosse, Aquitaine, France
April 29 > May 5 – Azores Festival, Terceira, Portugal
June 28 > 30 – Baltic Cup, Tallinn, Estonia
July 8 > 13 – Croatian Open, Viganj, Croatia
July 24 > 28 – Volvo Surf Cup, Sylt, Germany
August 1 > 4 – Greek Euro Cup-Nationals, Marathon, Greece
August 9 > 11 – Baltic Cup, Liepaja, Latvia
September 7 > 8 – ITA Cup, Como, Italy
