The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS)2009-2012 have been replaced by the RRS 2013>2016.
The ISAF have, once again, approved a simplified version for windsurfing by incorporating Appendix B (Windsurfing Competition Rules) into the main body of rules, and deleting content not relevant to us.
