Notice of Annual General Meeting …..

the date of the 2012 AGM has been set for Thursday 23rd August , during the Worlds in Liepaja, Latvia.

Please note the following schedule:

– the deadline of 20th July to submit proposals to be added to the Agenda;

– no later than 30th July publication of the full Agenda , including proposals to be voted upon.

There are no elections this year.
