The 2011 PORTIMÃO EUROPEAN FORMULA WINDSURFING FESTIVAL of the class Formula Windsurfing and Formula Experience, will be held in the Praia da Rocha, Portimão, from 13 to 18 of June, 2011.
The Organising Authority will be the CLUBE NAVAL PORTIMÃO with the collaboration of the Portuguese Federation and the Portuguese Association.
Praia da Rocha is the best place in Portugal to do Formula Windsurfing (Racing, training and only enjoy to play with Formula Windsurfing)
