To date 5 events spanning 2 continents can be confirmed for the 2008 Grand Prix.
Two further events, in Europe, are being negociated but at this time cannot be confirmed.
- GP 1 – Sopot, Poland – 4th to 7th June
- GP 2 – Leba, Poland – 29th July to 3rd August the 2008 Allegro Cup is also the European Championships
- GP 3 – Rio de Janeiro,Brazil – 15th to 19th October
- GP 4 – Sao Paulo,Brazil – 22nd to 26th October
- GP 5 – Fortaleza, Brazil -24th to 30th November
Full details and Notice of Race for the series will be published later this month. One change from previous years is that all Grand Prix’s are now ranked at Level 1 – with an event factor of 1.5 for the world ranking ( link to ranking system)
The Series will also have a prize fund.
Discussions are ongoing in the hope of attracting events from other continents in 2009.
