Fernando Martinez del Cerro (ESP 71) has been crowned 2008 Formula Champion. The championship took place on the Bay of Cadiz – attracted an entry of 60 racers competing, over 8 races, for this years title. Runner up was top ten ranked racer from Portugal Miguel (Gadafi) Martinho (POR5); and third, Olympic hopeful and top RSX racer , Ivan Pastor (ESP7).
