11:31 | Day 2- First day of registraton for the Formula competitors; it followed registration for 120 Korean windsurfers (from all classes) entered in a two day national event .During the afternoon they held 3 races in good cross shore breeze whilst formula sailors took to the water to practice- so most delayed registration until tomorrow ! Tonight a concert fo everyone on the huge stage prepared for tomorrow evenings opening ceremony
