Just a preannouncement that today (against some rather strong odds) we have reached an

agreement with a major international airline to provide an additional 50 kgs (ie ; one FW kit dimensions)

excess baggage allowance per passenger travelling to/from Melbourne for the FW Worlds.

The airline has requested we withold formal announcement until all their offices are informed,

which is happening as of now. We will advise the full details publically as at next Monday,

but you can take it as done as I’ve seen and heard the discussions and agreeements,

it is a done and contracted deal.

It’s a quality global airline, renowned for inflight service, no it’s not Qantas,

but one serving very well almost all major European ports, Asia and North America. Even NZ.

Gold Class ??Hmm, think Silver.

Should be a very satisfactory outcome, albeit a bit later than ideal.

Cheers ~ Ian Fox

PS.

SINGAPORE AIRLINES have come to the party and offered an extra 50kgs of baggage free of charge for riders flying with them to Melbourne and back. All the details can be downloaded from Sail Melbourne website: http://www.sailmelbourne.com.au/events/2
