The Calema Midwinters is coming up March 4-6th and we are getting lots of registrations. There will be a few pros missing, but we are getting lots of top level sailors calling us privately letting us know they are coming. As a matter of fact we have a few showing up already, and getting some much needed practice. Beginning next week there are more arriving already, taking advantage of Florida’s great weather to test new stuf and get ready for the race. By the things I am seeing already there will be a lot of surprises this year.
This year we have a great number of juniors participating which is great news for the future of competitive racing.
Coming back is the fabulous steel drum band Silver Bullet from Bonaire so we are sure to have a good time celebrating our 20th Midwinters.
