The International Formula Windsurfing Class is pleased to announce that Dranske on the Island of Rugen will once again host a major Class Championship. The Formula Windsurfing Festival 2004, incorporating the Formula Windsurfing Youth World Championships 2004, will take place from September 15th to 19th 2004.
Not only will this years Festival include the Class Titles for Junior and Masters divisions, but it will also be a stop of the Windsurfing Euro-Cup Tour 2004 and the Formula Windsurfing Women Cup 2004. The prize money for the event is EUR 15.000,00 for the Windsurfing Euro-Cup and EUR 5.000,00 for the FW Women Cup. The FW Youth (U-20) World Champion 2004 will be crowned at this event as well as the Junior (U-17) and Master Formula Champions 2004.
The event is organized by the Windsurfing Club Rügen e.V. with the support and the cooperation of the town of Dranske and the Choppy Water Eventmanagement GmbH.
All competitors and national associations are invited to come to the Formula Windsurfing Festival in Dranske / Ruegen (GERMANY) from September 15th to 19th 2004!
