Steady Mistral winds funneled down the southern coast of France today making for some great slalom conditions. Three rounds of slalom happened today with lots of exciting action.

In round number three, it was Pritchard shooting out of the starting line and down the road. Not letting the competitors have any chance Pritchard sailed his way to victory with Antoine Albeau right on his heals. Antoine had some great speed and kept it close but Pritchard held up under pressure to take the win.

Round number four saw once again a stacked final with lots of good talent there to take the top spot. Once again it was off to the races with Pritchard leading the way once again. Albeau put on some pressure once again as well as Cyril Moussilmani pushing the front as well. In the end it was Pritchard finishing in first followed by Antoine Albeau once again.

In the third round of the day and fifth round of the event, the winds continued to blow. With darkness closing in, the competitors battled it out till the sun set. As the competitors came rolling down the line, once again it was Pritchard and his Starboard Gaastra combo rounding the mark in first. With all of the fleet sleeping on the start, Pritchard sailed to an easy victory. Moussilmani took second and Albeau rounded out the top 3.

“I had a great day out there. Steady winds blew the entire day. I had great speed and that also makes it fun to be out on top. There was some good heats with some guys going really fast but my Gaastra Nitro 4 7.6 and Starboard Sonic 100 was really working great. This is the first event I have rode this board and it is really working great. We have had onshore winds, off shore winds, and just been a great test of the equipment,” said Kevin
