We are proud to host an event of the Windsurfing Euro-Cup on September 4-8, 2003. Paros is a great place for windsurfing competitions and Golden Beach will be a great arena for Racing action of the most important racing series of the world. Green water blue sky with perfect sunshine and warm temperatures will await the elite of the windsurfers in Paros. The famous Meltemi wind which is blowing like hell in July and August is expected to adjust to perfect 20 knots in September. The whole island of Paros is looking forward to the event and will be a perfect host. On Paros works a special kind of magic that draws visitors back time and again, so that, eventually, they realise that they never really leave her. So, if it is your first time on the island, be warned that it will likely not be your last!

We will support Mr. Fisilianis of Sun Wind Surf Club in his endeavours to host a successful and well run event. We believe the islands location and notoriety as a windsurfing destination as well as the hospitality of the local inhabitants who run our tourist trade will combine to make a high quality race here?
