Prizegiving Ceremony

Steve Allen AUS-0 – first Open.

The contests started slowly and longer with a lot of general recall but the race day two we had an excellent day of racing with four races, and I’ve stayed strong consistent in a such a big fleet, very hard to get good, clean start, but I went a really well. Last two days we did not have good enough wind for racing. For me it was a little long waiting, since I was on the lead just by one point. I kept strongly focused and positive for more racing, to be ready. I think super tough fleet and the strongest european event ever, so many international competitors. So many guys from all around the world. Great Championships. This it is was my goal this year to win this championships. This is the title I have not had yet, so I am very, very happy.

Antoine Albeau FRA-192 – first European

I think we have a good event here. The conditions were not so great but we done 5 races. One in the first day and four in the second day. I had two bad results: the first and the last one. I had not a good starts because it was so many peoples on the starting line and it was difficult to manage a good start. I won one race so I am pretty happy of that. Two time I was third and I finished this event in top three and as a first European, and it is not bad, because the event was in France. Steve was very good. He did not win any race, but he was the most regular on this event so he is at the first place.
