I did not look at the results this morning but I was told that it was very close so I knew I had to have a good day. Finally finding my speed here in garda I went with my game plan of getting as much speed as possible. In the first two races of the day I was fighting but managed to stay near the top and then I had a beautiful shift on the first upwind in the last race and it was all over by the time I rounded the top mark. After this I just sailed a smart race a kept with my tactics. After a very up and down showing here I am glad to finish off with a first!

The last day of the contest was hard with 3 windy races back to back but I am happy that I finished 2nd in the last race it gives some confedence for the Europeans.

Strong wind super fast racing, the starts are very hard and I had to come back and over take some trafic on the way.
Had 2nd and 4th and the last race had a 7 with a broken boom. So in the end happy to be back in good speed and looking forwerd to the next compatition.

Today we had interesting conditions with shifty winds. Some gust reaches 20kns this made the tucks near the land after the start very heavy and there were a lot of maybe crashes (I speake from the second half field). But on the downwind there was enough wind for good fights. So in the end it was a very good last day for this nice competition

We had one final day of racing and it was another windy one. after a good day of racing yesterday, i got to the site with high hopes. but the first two races did not go so well after getting some terrible shifts on the first upwinders. on the last race i had a pretty good finish so i feel pretty good about my racing. overall it was a very well run event with 15 good races.

This regatta was so interesting, I’ve progressed so much, every day was more exceting than the other… Today I finish 2, 4 and 3, so I’m feeling really good finishing this Euro Cup fifth. See you soon on an other event!!!!!

We made a full house with 15 races..real tough racing till last day…great racing with so many racers on the starting line. I wont sail for a few days to recover some strenght.
