This day was definitely very frustrating for me with the incredibly gusty shifty wind. After leading 2 races on the first lap and sailing into a big hole and watch everyone behind me take a gust and shift strait up wind to be 50m on the top of me instantly to the point of no come back possible. Then in the other 2 races I was 2nd and 3rd on the first lap and tried to go a different way on the next upwind to hopefully get a shift on my side for a change to get to 1st, but I would just get knocked back further and just nothing seemed to be going my way.
Now on day 3 the water is glassy smooth with no wind, so we are waiting for the wind to hopefully come in the afternoon. There is also a rally car race around the Island today so if there is no wind today we will be watching this.
