Following this years AGM Vasco Chaveca has decided to step down from the class committee. He will continue to support the class as enthusiastically as before and remains focused on the management of the national class in Portugal. Class Chairman Francesco Zarbo commented – “ Vasco has been the heart and soul of AFWP for many years and it is good to know that he will continue with his national role. I also thank him for his past commitment to the international class.”
There is now a vacancy on the class committee and the chairman welcomes nominations for co-option until the next AGM. With the development of foiling it would be appropriate for candidates to have some foiling expertise. Nominations to – fw@internationalwindsurfing.com
