Forty formula racers arrived in Svencele, Lithuania, for the first round of the 2013 Baltic Cup. 11 races were completed over the 3 days of the event – Janis Preiss (LAT23) emerged victorious, with 8 points from 8 first places. Ranking points were also won for the European Cup Series.
