This years championship was organised by the Federacion Andaluza de Vela (FAV), from their High Performance Centre , in Puerto Sherry, and racing on the waters of Bay of Cadiz.
Thirty five competitors from Spain and Portugal competed in 6 races over 4 days of competition. It saw a close battle between Fernando Martinez del Cerro (ESP71) and Miguel Martinho (POR5) , with Fernando emerging the victor; Miguel was first master and second overall.
