Wind conditions in Pirita were significantly more suitable for windsurf racing than on the first race day. As planned, the start was at 11:00 with proper land wind averaging 14 knots.

Formula windsurfing class competitions were regarded with high expectations – especially the good scores were expected from NeilPryde Baltic Cup series current leader Martin Ervin. Unsteady wind made competition very even. Main organizer of the competition and Formula racing class competitor Erno Kaasik describes race conditions: “Conditions today were extremely turbulent at the sea – land wind, its strength and abrupt changes in direction made the race a real challenge.”

Formula race results:

I Janis Preiss (LAT 23)

II Valentin Brault (FRA 823)

III Joann Flevery (FRA 730)
