09:03 | Racing starts today on the beautiful Lake of Potrerillos. Yesterday the Governor of Mendoza province visited the event site to officially declare the championship open. He was given a tour of the event site which will be converted into a \\”high performance\\” centre – the governer signed an historic agreement to support the development of the project which has been the target of the dedicated team from Mendoza Windsurfing Association.
