First of all congratulations on your North American formula title. This is your first race in Miami? How do you like the Conditions? How do you prepare for this race?
“Thank you. I have many friends that live and sail in Miami and they have always invited me to sail there, but even though I’ve been a zillion times to Miami, I had never got around to it, so I was really stoked to finally sail and race there.
I liked the conditions a lot, we had all kind of winds and I found the course to be really tactical, so you have to concentrate more and read the wind shifts better.”
Your history spans across many catogories of windsurfing
“..but for me, formula is the one I concentrate more on, you can sail almost anywhere from 7–35 knots, even though it gets challenging in windy conditions.”
