The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS)2005-2008 have been replaced by the 2009>2012 version. The International Sailing Federation (ISAF) have again approved a simplified version for windsurfing- by incorporating Appendix B into the main body of rules, and deleting content not relevant to us.
Therefore we have published the RRS Windsurfing Competition Rules (WCR) 2009>2012 on the class ONB.

The racing rules are revised and published every four years by the ISAFand the changes from the previous edition are highlighted with a vertical line in the margin. No changes are contemplated before 2013.
ISAF Codes (Regulations 19, 20, 21, and 22) are referred to in the definition Rule, but not included in the RRS, because they can be changed at any time. The most recent versions are published on the ONB. Both Regulation 20- Advertising Code, and Regulation 21- Anti- Doping Code, have undergone a major revision for 2009.
