The Notice of Race for the 2008 Festival has been published. Hosted by the Peruvian Windsurfing Association in Paracas, preparations are in full swing to deliver a truly memorable championship series. Not only is the venue set in a beautiful location, Paracas is a National Wildlife Reserve and its conditions for windsurfing are the best ones along all the Peruvian Coast, with more than 90% sailable days in the year.
