Another great days racing, and 3 more wins for Antoine Albeau, (FRA192). Antoine must surely now have an unassailable lead! But he is so competitive he will want to win all the remaining 5 races. He did not have it al his own way today. In Race 8 he was pushed all the way by Fabio Melo (BRA74) and was only able to pull away on the last leg of the course. It was a similar situation in Race 9 – only this time it was Steve Allen (AUS0) chasing Antoine to the finish. 1st place may seem secure – but anyone of the current top ten racers could make the podium with 5 more races to go and only one more discard !

Jesper Vesterstrom (DEN111) finished the day strongly with a 2nd and 3rd ; Willhelm Schurmann (BRA999) at last put together a string of results that he could be happy with ; and Hubert Mokrzycki (POL25) pulled a 3rd place out of the bag in Race 10. BRA999 moves further ahead in the Lightweight division; as does Gabriel Browne (BRA50) in the Youth; and Tarso Melo (BRA717) retains his positon as first Master, just outside the top 16.

Youth and Masters are only racing here for a prize and pride of place amongst the formula elite – the world titles in these divisions already decided in Tallinn, Estonia.
