03:52 | The sailors are on hold. We have a very light onshore breeze -and still a lot of waves. The race site has been cleared up – it does not look hopeful for racing today ; next announcement in 45 minutes.
03:34 | Day 5- Drama at the race site ! During the night a storm arrived ; rain and winds gusting 35knots +.
Some tents were blown down; sailors were called out to secure their equipment . The wind died away quite quickly , but left big waves pounding the beach. Maybe there is an underlying swell plus the wind driven waves.
Sailors have been checking their equipment -we think everything is OK .
