we arrived at the beach at 10am to see no wind again. so it was deffinitely going to be another long day of relaxing in the sun on the beach. during the early afternoon we got together a soccer match between 10 of the racers. so that made for a bit of entertainment for a few of us.

around 2:30 the wind filled in to about 9-12knots out a ways from the beach so we all sailed well downwind to get to the startline but upon arriving the wind almost completely shut off, making it a race to get to the closest boat to get a ride back to the beach against the 3-4knot current.

the forecast is looking much better for the next two days so im hoping for a bunch of races to try to get rid off my horrible first race. i know Ross is feeling the same way to come back from his course mistake in the first race. so check back tomorrow on www.devonboulon.com for hopefully some exciting reports.
