Congratulations to Steve Allen on winning the first ever Formula Windsurfing OCEANIC Championships .The host club -Elwood Sailing Club ,Melbourne -have already been awarded the championships in January 2005 ; and will be submitting a bid to host the 2005 Formula Windsurfing World Championship (December 2005 ) . Many thanks to Ian Fox for co ordinating this important development in the Continent .
Congratulations also to Jesper Vesterstrom (DEN) and Sean O’Brien ,Mike Nelson ,Sam Parker ,Brett Morris ,David Morehead who have all now qualified for the 2004 Formula World Championships . Steve ,as the reigning World Champion ,has already booked his place for this years Worlds .
