Paros (Greece), September 6th 2003. After the stormy conditions yesterday Paros returned to its perfect racing conditions today. A nice breeze of 10 to 14 knots blew through the bay of Golden Beach. This enabled the race committee to set up a classical up and down course to run 4 races.

The first race was won by Wojtek Brzozowski (POL-10, Starboard, Neil Pryde). He clearly stated his will to win the Euro-Cup 2003. On his heals he had the Fanatic rider Ben van der Steen (NED-57, Fanatic, Neil Pryde) and Ross Williams (GBR-83, Starboard, Gaastra).

In the second race a different Polish competitor was able to dominate: Aleks Grynis (POL-86, Starboard, Neil Pryde), who has just won the Polish Windsurf Cup, took the victory in front of the Italian Champion Andrea Cucchi (ITA-1, Starboard, Neil Pryde). Ramses Landman (NED-72, F2, Gaastra) was able to get the third position.

In the third race Wojtek was able to strike back. The Polish windsurfing hero won this race in front of Jamie Lever (GBR-5, Starboard, Neil Pryde) who clearly proved that he is recovering well from a serious back injury from which he suffered since the FW World Championships last year.
