Alberto Mengegatti (ITA 456) the number 2 ranked competitor in Italy scored another bullet in the Formula Youth Worlds to maintain a perfect scoreline of 3 after 3 races. No change at the top of the Formula Junior class either… Robert Baldyga (POL168) also has a perfect 3! However, In the Formula 15 (junior) Oliver Tom (ESP19) maintains his 3rd position overall but is now under pressure from Christian Freimuller (GER550) who has jumped to 4th overall just 2 points behind.
Tom Nagy (FRA 30) and Pascal Toselli (FRA 916) who were tied on 3 points last night scored a 4th and a 5th respectively in their only race today so they still occupy the top two spots overall in the Formula Espoir championship. Keith Atkinson (GBR 56) scored the bullet so moved up to 3rd in front of Adriaan van Rijsselberghe now 4th after a poor 8th place.
Marco Begalli (ITA 415) the victor in the masters division in Douarnenez (Europeans) is another one with a perfect 3! Behind him there is a battle royal developing for podium places between Xavier Ferlet (GBR 451), Peter Munzlinger (ITA 200), and Peter Pfaffrenbichler (AUT 84). When the first discard is taken tomorrow, all will become clearer!
