Most of the travelling infos can be found in the Notice of Race but O’Rela from the organizing team has send us this additional info:

“Some of the participants may decide to arrive via Alghero, especially from London, because it is much cheaper than arriving to Cagliari directly. I have some helpful information about transport to Cagliari:

When you arrive in Alghero airport you can take a bus service called Logudoro Tour to Cagliari and it costs 12.50 Euros. It leaves every day from Alghero airport, and also waits for people travelling on Ryan Air. You don’t need to reserve a seat. It takes 3.5 hours to get to Cagliari, and it’s the last stop. It drops you off in Piazza Matteotti in the center of town, and from there you can take a taxi to Marina Piccola. It takes about 10 minutes.

At the moment we are seeing about organizing a pick-up service for participants, but the problem is we don’t know when or where everyone is arriving. Please send an info to roberto.murgia@tiscali.it or call O’Rela Horton at +39 340 067 6091 to inform us about your arrival or contact us directly.

You can take the same Logudoro bus back to Alghero, and it leaves from Piazza Matteotti at 5:30 am and 11:00 am every day. The tel. number for Logudoro Tour is +39 079 281 728.
