Lake Garda proved itself again as the perfect windsurfing spot. 15 races in four days. We all are very tired and my personal opinion is that three race a day would be more than enough considering also that we have more than 10 events scheduled for this year. Today I tried to play it safe. I knew that I have advantage and I didn’t want to score any more OSC. First two races went well although in second one I had horrible start. The last race of the event I blew the best I could. Not only started as a last but also made to many mistakes on the downwind. But that got me more motivated for coming Europeans.

I’m first and I’m very happy. I feel lucky to be able to race on such wonderful equipment. Neilprydes are unbelievable fast this season, Starboard 147 is a completely new flying concept in FW and Deboichet fins are like a key to whole equation. Just for days of rest and next major event begins. I can just hope that good fortune will stay with me.
