Over 200 competitors will arrive today in Florida for the annual Midwinters windsurfing festival, which includes Formula racing for beginner level to the pro level.

Already at the race site is Formula Racer from Poland Wojtek Brzozowski who has been training and tuning for a few days. Phil McGain and Matt Pritchard arrived early yesterday to carry out a Formula Clinic for 17 lucky competitors. Gonzalo Costa Hoevel was out on the water yesterday going fast on his new equipment. Devon Boulon and Chris McGrath were tuning also in the light winds. French race Patrice Beleoch was seen with his new Aerotech sails and Exocet boards, is set to make a big inpact in 2003 with his new endeavours.

Arriving today will World Champion Kevin Pritchard and runner up Antione Albeau who will for sure be going head to head for the top positions at the event.

Winds are forecast to be light for the event so it will be interesting to see how all the new equipment performs.
