The organization was on a roll today by putting in 3 races for Formula and 3 for Mistral. With again a steady 16-17 knots at the beginning of the day and 20 knots as the day went on, this was certainly not a relaxed day for most sailors and the fleet was thinning out as the day progressed.
Both Dorota and Wojtek (Pol) were in winning mood again with straight victories all the way. As in the days before, the main fight in the men’s fleet is between Gonzola Costa Hoevel (Arg) and Alexander Grynis (Pol 86). Always close together, Alexander seems to be left a bit behind at the moment.
After, racing, many of the sailors went out again for a photo shoot and others went out to test the new Junior board Starboard has prepared for Formula Experience, the new Junior and Youth class on Formula equipment. The reports on this ASA board were very favourable.
Tomorrow, we will see the final two races in the Formula and Mistral fleet. No rest for the organizers though. A slalom event will start tomorrow afternoon.
